How We Make and Fulfil Your Order
All products in our store are printed to order by our production partner, Printify, and shipped from the United States. Because each item is made specifically for you, we do not hold pre-made stock. Please allow time for both production and shipping when estimating when your order will arrive.
Order Processing
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, it enters our production queue. Based on recent orders, production typically takes around 2 business days before your item is handed to a carrier. This is an estimate, not a guarantee — production times can vary during busy periods or if a product requires additional care.
Estimated Delivery Times
The times below are based on observed medians from recent orders and are provided as a guide only. Actual delivery may be faster or slower depending on your location, the carrier, and circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order. Rates start at $4.75 and may vary depending on the products ordered.
Free shipping: Orders with a subtotal of $75 or more automatically qualify for free shipping at checkout — no discount code needed.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel's progress. If you haven't received a tracking email within 6 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first, then contact us.
Address Changes
Because orders move into production quickly, we may not be able to change your delivery address once an order is placed. If you need to update your address, please contact us as soon as possible after ordering and we will do our best to help. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once production has begun.
Delays
We do our best to meet the estimates above, but delays can occasionally occur due to high production demand, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order appears significantly delayed, please contact us and we will investigate with our fulfilment partner.
